Krisha Panchalingam is a Laboratory Operations Manager at Abata Therapeutics Inc, Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has demonstrated experience in the management of all aspects environmental health and safety (EHS) from start-up’s to mid-size biotech companies. Building a safe, highly functional efficient lab and facility from an empty space to established facilities is a key guiding goal of her professional career.   Krisha has served many roles within EHS during her biotech career. As a EHS officer she has been directly involved in establishing; Biosafety Plans, Chemical Hygiene Plans, Emergency Evacuation Plans, lab safety training and other related EHS programs.

At Vertex Kim managed the global lab asset management program.  Prior to that Kim worked as a Service Engineer and Project Manager for PerkinElmer. On top of Kim’s expertise in asset management she also has extensive experience in lab relocations and reconfigurations.    Kim received her B.S. from Plymouth State University in NH and her M.S. from Northeastern University.   In her free time, Kim likes to cook and play with her son Cullen!

She has served as a recurring judge for the Wisconsin Innovation Awards and has been a Speaker at PechaKucha Madison and at LabVantage CTEC.
