Whilst career opportunities for scientists are often well defined, lab operations are often lacking this clarity. The careers evening is free to attend for all conference and workshop delegates and is designed to outline possible routes to progress throughout your career in lab operations, and help you take the next step through presentations and networking. We will also be hosting a panel discussion championing equality and diversity in LAFM, and creating mentorship programs to help support the next generation of operational leaders.
