Currently overseeing operations for a leading vaccines R&D site, he brings deep expertise in optimizing systems, technology, and infrastructure to deliver measurable performance improvements.
With a strong foundation in engineering and project management, Brandon specialises in enhancing R&D operations through proactive maintenance strategies, energy efficiency initiatives, and a sharp focus on occupant experience. He has successfully led large-scale projects spanning innovative therapeutic development, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and commercial real estate, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes on time and to budget.
His core expertise includes project delivery, value engineering, schedule optimisation, team leadership, and quality assurance, enabling seamless execution across multifaceted operations. Brandon is particularly passionate about leveraging technology and sustainability to future-proof organisations and drive continuous innovation.
Alongside his corporate role, Brandon is actively engaged in community and industry development, serving on the Worcester Planning Board and as a board member for non-profits including Generation Citizen and Children Across America. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of KRG New England, where he supports clients in navigating the evolving real estate and financial landscape.
Brandon is currently completing a Doctorate of Business Administration, focusing on the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into business operations across industries.
