Lois Tolvinski is a lab operations leader whose experience spans academic, pharma, and startup labs. At Vivodyne, she helps scale the systems, infrastructure, and operational strategy needed to support complex science and organizational growth. She is an active member of the lab operations community and a board member of LabOps Unite. Drawing on her path from bench scientist to operations leader, she brings a people-centered approach to lab operations, grounded in the belief that strong systems and strong teams help people do their best work and make the best science possible.
