Seminars
What would your labs look like if they were designed around how scientists actually work rather than how processes are supposed to work on paper? How much time, frustration, and inefficiency could be eliminated if you could see your environment through the eyes of its users?
Join this workshop to:
- Improve scientist experience through operational workflow optimization
- Balance lean inventory strategy with R&D flexibility and project uncertainty
- Translate real-world bioprocess development pain points into actionable lab operations improvements
- Build adaptive operational systems that support evolving R&D timelines and resource demands
- Connect scientific workflows, supply planning, and operational decision-making in bioprocess environments
