Andy Colman is the CEO of Ibis Networks.  He has over 25 years of experience in energy management software and hardware for both the commercial real estate and electric utility industries. Andy has assisted office buildings and chain stores in energy efficiency initiatives including Energy Star and LEED certifications, and with solar PV deployment.  Andy was Managing Director at Black & Veatch Management Consulting for 3 years, where he formed and led the Analytics & Business Performance practice. Here he worked with utilities to develop new approaches to analyze, plan and execute grid modernization in an era of distributed energy resources. Prior to joining Black & Veatch, Andy was for 4 years CEO of GRIDiant Corporation and from 2006 – 2008 he was CEO of EnFlex.  Andy has a BS and ME in Nuclear Engineering, and an MBA, all from the University of Virginia, where he was awarded the Governor’s Fellowship. He lives near San Francisco with his wife Rebecca and their three sons.

John has managed service agreements for the research & development organizations laboratory equipment since August 2018. John has put in the frame work to consolidate service agreements on a site wide basis and this effort resulted in significant benefits for the company, both quantitative and qualitative. John also manages both preventive and corrective maintenance service requests for R&D lab equipment. Prior to his role with the Asset Management Team he was accountable for the Company’s records management program. John earned his degree from Westchester Community College in Criminal Justice‐Police. Prior to his Regeneron roles he worked the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office and later the Westchester County Correctional Facility. When not working, John enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family, friends and his pets Neena the cat and Bowser the turtle.

Dennis started his career in 1984 as an entry-level HVAC technician, advancing to Chief Engineer and subsequently Account Director at the Prudential Center in Boston prior to becoming the Senior Engineering Manager on the Life Sciences accounts for Able Services. Hard FM operations responsibilities for the Northeast operations include operational and compliance results and reporting them to the operating team; managing, motivating and supervising site FM service managers and their teams to ensure proper resource allocation, efficient roll-out and performance; acting as a focal point and liaising with the local client teams; driving regionally-agreed initiatives to ensure Able receives consistent service provision; proposing, implementing and monitoring specific service solutions (FM solutions, IT tools, etc.) and re-engineering processes/services to meet constant productivity requirements; measuring quality through scorecards and monthly reports and monitoring quality KPIs; and delivering monthly reports and advising Able Services on process improvements / evolutions in the event of any recurrent issues or quality decreases, proposing and implementing solutions. He is a member of BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet, and IREM, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He serves on the BOMA Boston Board of Directors ,holds a Massachusetts 1st Class Stationary Engineer License and Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License. Dennis has been with Able since 2008.
